PC players can play the game today since all console players were kicked out from battle.net completely. But still there is long que like 300 overthere. So, reason of server down is simply due to improper server capacity. Their excuse is that they didn’t expect this much volume of pindleskin run during beta test.
Beta verision was restricted within act 1 and 2.
How we could have done pindleskin run hahaha.

prioritizing PC players over console players when you advertised the game on consoles? that’s Bait and switch, false advertising and downright dishonesty.
Fix it or I’ll file a chargeback with my VISA card and get a new debit card and never give Blizzard money again. #longtimecustomer

The solution is obvious guys. Blizzard wants you to just buy the game again on PC. It’s just a measly $40 again. So let’s all solve the problem that Blizzard created by financially rewarding them.

I have both versions.
On PS5 I can’t login, on PC it keeps resetting the queue.

Would be nice if I am wrong, but current evidence supports my statement. Not solid without Blizzard’s testimony, but pretty accurate. If the issue is just queues in general though, perhaps console players can play online during the dead hours…

CP2077 was just plain unplayable on PS4/XB1 consoles and is thus noted as such now. In this case, they would have to note that on ALL consoles (PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5, XB1, XB1X, XBSX, NS) online mode may not work as intended.

Trying to playing in North America on XSX. Have tried a few times for the last six hours. Absolutely can’t play. At all. Going to phone Microsoft support and seek a refund until this mess is cleaned up.

I get that things can go wrong.
I EVEN get that sometimes things can keep going wrong and it takes a while to solve a problem.
What is utterly intolerable is Blizzard’s complete lack of communication in regards to console players.
Have they acknowledged console players can’t log in? No.
So they have no timeframe for console players to go by as to when, or even if, they’ll be able to log in and enjoy a product they have paid for.
Diablo 4 could be the greatest game in the universe, but I will absolutely not being buying it. And not because of the problems with D2R, but because of the complete lack of courtesy and professionalism shown by Blizzard.

once again, another weekend wasted playing Login Simulator
whatever shell of a company is in charge of this game is GARBAGE.
i dont even care about a refund at this point. they can keep my money. i’ve learned my lesson. if this keeps up, they will never see another penny from me for as long as i live.
