It’s a very cool runeword to own, but not Bis for any build I guess.
On paper, Last Wish PB is BiS for a Smiter gearing single target efficiency. Kicksin too. Even more, Smiters and Kicksins only need a high CB roll on Last Wish since the ED on weapon has no effect to damage.
I’ve experimented quite a bit and found, on my Kicksin, Stormlash is markedly better if gaging by kill speed in all situations with sufficient res charms and gearing built around Atma’s proc.
But for many Smiters and Kicksins, Last Wish PB with high CB roll is considered to be BiS. Wealthy Smiter/Kicksins would likely be most willingly to offer you the best price on your Last Wish.
