Oh thats pretty low lol. I thought the 2 blizz would be sought after 
it is but its a fixed roll and the item is not that rare

Snowclash has 2 variable stats and you got the ed% perfect.
- 5% Chance to cast level 7-19 Blizzard when struck
- +130-170% Enhanced Defense → it makes defense 98-116
I have a pure Blizz sorc myself so I would take it if you decided to sell. Not sure if Lem sounds a reasonable offer so I can also understand if you want to wait for more offers.
