I sold one with 4AR for 14 IST a couple weeks ago. It took years to sell it though.
You just need to find the right buyer. E.g. 72/73/71/70 resists and need 5 points to reach the breakpoint.
Not in a hurry to sell it, i have more than enough resouces to let me enjoy the game atm.
Just annoys me when ppl are in denial when trying to lowball.
