Uses Act 3 mercenary
Wear Helm - Dream -Lv15 Holy Shock Aura
Wear Shield - Dragon -Lv14 Holy Fire Aura
Wear Armor - Dragon -Lv14 Holy Fire Aura
Wear Weapon -Hand of Justice -Lv16 Holy Fire Aura
Does this setup can kill Hell Cows?

I know my act1 merc runs Dream helm and bow with fanaticsim…
Her Dream does not transfer to me, but the fanta does… not sure if that was your question.
And, this also is not you question, but I have Dragon armor/shield and Hand of Justice I’d be willing to trade. Not sure value, would have to go look around.

However Dragon has Hydra chance on striking - you want to use that so imo Bravata idea is way better together with Flickering Flame and double HoJ on Frenzy merc.
