Looking for input as I feel I have narrowed this down a tad… Xbox and PlayStation platforms seem to have issues with game frequently crashing for various reasons WHEN PLAYING A PALADIN. Please chime in if you are experiencing this and maybe we can get Bliz team on it ASAP!

I played Paladin last night with no crashes on the Series X in ‘online’ mode for about four hours.

I’m not sure if you’re doing this, but I think using a aura on primary keybind causes the game to crash. Example: On xbox if you use holy fire keybind to “A” button which is the default attack/interact/loot button it makes you crash. I haven’t tested every aura, but as soon as I tried it with holy fire, my game crashed twice within 10 minutes. Other than that I haven’t had to many issues with crashes so far.

This is definitely what I’m experiencing. Played to around level 20 on Paladin yesterday. Sometime around 6:30 PST I respected to blessed hammer, and that might have been around when I started having issues. Also don’t have issues on other characters. I’m on Xbox One. Crashes when I try to do anything, pick up items, load interfaces, talk to NPCs for quest progression.
HOLY Fing S* THIS GUY IS A GENIUS! I had Concentration bound to A and switched it to Blessed Hammer. NO MORE CRASHES SO FAR. SOMEONE BUY THIS GUY LUNCH! This needs to be made more visible.
Limit you might want to make an all caps post addressing this workaround for the Paladin issues. I think you might have cracked the code. YAYYYYYYYYYYYY I LOVE YOU!

Hello im playing Palladian on xbox, i dont have crashes, but my holy fire turns off like every 10 seconds. I can hardly walk though a room before it auto turns off. I played the original and know its not suppose to. And the stairs in act 2 with horizon feels insanely not smooth. But besides that i love the game with every fiber please please fix my aura bug so my fire keeps burning

I accidentally did that too. On PS, I put a skill on the X/talk button, and every time after that when I tried to talk to any NPC, in town or in the field, the game would crash. It seems to be trying to activate the skill and do the talk function at the same time and that causes the crash. So never use the talk button for anything other than base attack. I have even removed the base attack from it, so that I am not constantly picking up junk during a fight.

Everytime i open a chest pick up for loot open my stash my game crashes on pally and it didnt do it til 86 now im out an uber pally because of your end issues compensation should be administered to all peoples in the game weather its an ingame item like the d3 blizzard ring or something over 100 hours lost because blizz wants to screw up again…

Xbox one x … paly playing … game crash over and over again after game start and pushing A button(on-line, offline) . Plz fix it!!!I spand my money for this? I wait 2 days for some informations about this issues or fix or some update on xbox and nothing… This sux Blizzard!!!

You can’t have a skill on the interact button. It should be empty.

I have this issue too. When playing a paladin my auras turn themselves off randomly.
Hi. For me the game crashes everytime I GO in the keybinds settings. Like I can’t even change my keybinds settings because the game crashes directly when I click on the keybinds settings button. I’m on Xbox Series S, do u have some ideas to fix this ?
I haven’t had any issues playing as my Paladin.
