Only D2R wont work o. Switch, xbox, and PC

I have an issue with your tech support

For weeks now d2r lags like crazy. It lags on switch, pc, and xbox. All other games i have tried do not (including diablo4)
I have tried every thing your tech support has suggested.
Please help
