Only D2r lags on three platforms

Hi
D2r has suddenly become unplayable. This lag is crazy. It is lagging on xbox, switch AND pc.
No other games are lagging on any of those platforms.

Tested upload speeds and called the cable company. They are great.
Nothing else lags, INCLUDING OTHER BLIZZ GAMES.
Dude… wtf?
