Offline savegame Transfer Switch -> PC and vice versa

Hi All,
I have just recently jumped back into D2R but want to only play single player offline now.
Since I am playing the game on two platforms - Switch & PC - I would like to transfer my offline savegames.
Is this possible now without a hacked switch?
As a work-around, I could imagine creating the chars with Hero Editors so whenever I have an item drop on one platform I simply create it on the other. Is there anything like this on Switch?

Save games on switch are encrypted, you need cfw + save-manager to encrypt/decrypt them

The official way to do crossplay is by creating an online character (they appear cross platform)

Thanks for the hint. Unfortunately I have an OLED Switch which seems cannot be “hacked”.
