I started a new Sorc on offline and the next night i kept getting failed to join game and cant create or play any characters in offline. Ive read a few forums and tried to delete the shared stash file but it wasnt there from the start. I also can find any files of my solo character in the D2R file. Blizzard has pretty much told me to pound sand they cant help me and directed me here to see if anyone can solve this or has had it happen to them.
