I’ve had three characters disappear from the character list, therefore I can’t play them. The characters were not deleted. Please help me to restore access to these characters. This is my third request for help w/this issue.

Since these characters are offline, there is no record of them on our side unfortunately. If the game isn’t loading the characters, this often indicates that the offline character files are missing or corrupted. This is beyond our ability to fix but you may be able to find the old character files though. You can find some information that may help in this forum thread.
