Hello there i have small(big as f) problem i bought new pc download the game and my offline characters are gone is it possible got it back?? i tried copy old game folder and nothink happens characters still gone

Ive lost ladder characters completely 3 times now after season resets…yes i have sold my switch and then gotten another one each time but the account has been the same for all of the seasons ive played.
Let me know if you end up finding any way to bring them back. I had a zealer from season 1 and a light sorc from season 5 id like to have for sure, as well as my only bowazon to ever make it to level 70+.
Look in this folder in your old PC and copy the contents to your new PC and same location:
Local Disk (C:) > Users > whatever your login is > Saved Games > Diablo 2
