How do off hand weapon stats work? I had 50% crushing blow from gear and put on Death which has 50% CB and stats still showed 50% CB instead of 100% CB. Do I actually have 100% and it doesnt show?
Deadly Strike and Crushing Blow on weapons only work for that weapon, not for both weapons. So your Death has 100% Crushing Blow, while your mainhand still has 50%.

Yes, and also +ias and ED% are local to the weapon. Also, base weapon speed and ias% only matter on the main hand weapon. They are ignored on the off hand. All stats on non weapon items are global and affect everything.
Nope, only main hand IAS on weapon is accounted for, and then used for both weapons, applying it to their base weapon speed.
