Playing from New Zealand and I am currently averaging between 300-344ms ping on both Americas and Asia regions. Diablo 3 I get about 50ms ping on the Americas region.
I was under the impression that the servers were going to include Oceania like other titles?
Are only a few servers running for the Beta?
Will there be Oceania servers in the Final release?
Yep… This is really sad… Was so excited for this but the ping is really terrible
would be great to have oceanic servers while testing the game, only current downside of the beta that we cant really report as a bug 
How did you check your ms?
Seeing the same ping to both Americas and Oceanic. Hoping this is just an oversight for the beta and we’ll have OCE servers on release. Seems bizarre not to - every other blizzard game does.

Agree. Im from Indonesia(South East Asia) near Oceania, above Australia. Near Singapore.
The ping is horrible.
On Americas its 250-300 ish.
On Asia its 200 - 250 ish…
All my attacks and hits registered soo late. i cant imagine playing this at all, and not even hardcore mode.

the beta servers are in the us, from the ptr/beta testing ive done on d3 and wow ive always had 200+ms (im also from nz) when it goes live there should be sydney data center for us, wouldnt worry to much.

Im getting 200+ ping from Australia. I preordered PS5 version and PC version. Both unplayable.
Will see if they dont add servers for us its a definite refund. Not just for me but for the entire gang I wanted to play with…
We got SHILLED and they gave twitch free keys for people to play when it was suppose to be “exclusive” only for people who “PREORDERED”
