NPC's missing and corrupted graphics

After the update, game was crashing and fixed it by reinstalling D2 without Warlock expansion but NPC’s are missing and so are some monsters. Also graphics get corrupted when you leave the base from ACT 4

try this: This is how I fixed the crashing issue after installing the expansion pack

Same here - I cant see certain characters (duriel and diablo were super fun while invisible lol)

Act 5 town graphics are off as well. Hoping the bugs get fixed before tomorrow or else reset is going to be rough.
