Not online for 30 days error and missing ClientSDK folder FIX (PC)

I had been troubled with the 30 days not logging on error since I decided to reinstall the game after a couple of years. For the past 3 days, I searched the forums, internet, and even used Grok to offer solutions.

From what I gleaned, it pointed to the issue regarding a missing ClientSDK folder in the “C:\Users{your username)\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment” folder. So if you just see a Telemetry folder only as I did, here’s the solution that worked for me:

  1. Created a new admin account for my PC

2 )Logged into Battle.net on the new admin account using same credentials

  1. Checked the C:\Users(New Admin Account}/AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment and copied the ClientSDK folder and pasted it in the Blizzard Entertainment folder of the original admin account.

  2. Logged into Original Admin account, logged into Battle.net app, started D2R and successfully connected into the game.

*Note in my case, I did not have any previous online nor offline characters since this was a fresh install. I really hope this helps for those frustrated by this issue.
