why am i getting normal drops all the time in hell. remove normal drops from hell NOW! why would i be farming hell for my lvl 10 necro or any other toon? why why why would a lvl 6 item drop in hell and dont give me " it is this and that" or its just rnd. this needs to be fixed. again dot give me the its rnd or its all the roll it is code and can be re coded

Hell just increases the item base types that can drop. It doesn’t mean those will be the only drops. You get some pretty low level bases in Path of Exile too even in T8+ endgame maps. This is literally a thing in every ARPG around. Welcome to the loot hunt!

It was designed that way to keep you playing, so you don’t feel like the game is over with too quickly, I guess.
AS stated above. Monster Level / Item Level increases only INCREASES the drop pool as more affix options become available. It just means that better stuff “can” drop, not that it will “ALWAYS” drop. You can still very easily find the same stuff you found in normal as the stuff isn’t removed from the pool of options.
