Is Dual Phoenix runewords viable in non ladder since the 2.4 update?
I am thinking if the firestorm from the runewords would work well.
If it is viable, what weapon should I use on my 1-h if I’m making a fire-physical fury wolf build?
I have tested monarch Phoenix on fend amazon and it works well, fire storm doesnt give cd on all other skills anymore.
As well zealers/smiters are using Phoenix now as shield.
But to be honest i’d rather try Hand of Justice as weapon rather than second Phoenix.
And Dragon armor
