There is an ohm rune in one of the swords, but that can be replaced with a 40ed jewel or 30 max dmg one with no difference in killing speed.
takes about 4 min per run whereas runeword version takes around 2:20-2:40

4 minutes are actually fast for a barb.
I’m making an all content clearing barb who uses double fleshrippers as weapons. We’ll see how it’ll go. I want to do ubers with WW.

Will optimize the armor and some other things, this was a bit rushed last night
Thought to use the sword + 1 fleshripper but he looks weird. Dual flesh will look awesome tho!

the sword is very nice 
sadly d2re Prefixes and Suffixes are very outdate again 400ed eternal botd =600ed 290%ed cb sword with no ias is very very weak and hurt your build badly
with the new ww mechanic you lost a lot of dps , don’t waste currency with this
yeah true, that’s why I switched to Azurewrath as offhand,in the 2nd clip.
