I still have not seen anything after scouring the internet on how to fix this. i bought this game last week from a suggestion from friends. I played D2 so much that I was excited to play. However, I see 1 open game in lobbhy up to 4 and that is it. My buddy I was playing with last night saw like 40. This is discouraging me from playing since there is nothing telling me how to fix this. Please Help
It’s a bug with the lobby/games shown, or if it’s not a bug, then it’s a side-effect of their rushed “fixes” to server stability where they broke everyone apart. Only way to fix it is to restart client, may or may not work. Sometimes just making a game or joining a game can fix it, may or may not work. Sometimes it will simply fix itself over time, may or may not work. It really does suck though, idk if they’re aware of it or doing anything about it or what.
Yea i have done all of these. Making a game makes it worse since no new gamees load in the lobby. 
might just have to wait for my buddy to play to do runs
It was doing that to me for like a week, then, all of the sudden, I started seeing 10+ games again. Weird.
Yep…last thing you can do is hope/pray it fixes itself as it seems to happen basically at random based on…who knows. Really hope blizz is aware of this, I haven’t checked bug forum lately
