no clone spawned. playing online mode without online lobby.
is this another great joke from blizzard or what am i doing wrong.
should i buy more d4 skins to make him spawn?

Same. Screen went dark, nothing appeared and then brightened again.

How long ago was the last dclone spawn
The game sent message Diablo invaded Sanctuary, yet did not spawn.

Just hoped on for the second time. Killed Shenk. Waiting 5 minutes until Clone was do to spawn. Message appeared, screen dimmed, then brightened. No clone.
Mine spawned in but cant kill it taking a long while
User error. Wait in town until ‘Diablo has invaded Sanctuary’ message appears in chat. Only after this message has appeared, when you enter the proximity of an unspawned super-unique monster will the Diablo Clone spawn in the place of the unspawned super-unique. If Shenk was spawned, or killed, before the message, then DClone will not spawn there. Instead he will appear instead of the first super-unique monster spawned following the walk message.
I already killed him twice today, 5:03pm and 8:03pm EST. He appeared after I touched the first seal in Sanctury. So the message does say it correct: Diablo invaded Sanctury.
Update: at 11:03 I tried at Highland WP at Act5. Diablo appeared at Eldritch.
Made the mistake of doing group sanctuary when i knew he was going to spawn. Probably wouldnt have been an increase to mine but never know
