Playing online, doing Nightmare countess, by myself in a passworded game… Countess is not even down on the 5th floor. Where she usually is, where I’ve killed her thousands and thousands of times before. This latest patch I’ve seen twice, where she does not spawn. Going on 100+ runs so far. Anyone else experiencing this?

No, but don’t worry about it and make sure you go buy another copy of the game. They’re on sale right now and totally worth the extra cash!

Was she in one of the side corridors to her main room? She can spawn there fairly often, too.
Nope. She sometimes spawns outside of her chest room. You probably missed her.

maybe couldnt pay the rent and lost that place ?
she resign, you killed hill thousand times. poor countess
honestly the players are literally always wrong about this stuff. you likely killed her in the pile of mobs.
…and likely no-drop runes.
You probably newked her, she dropped practically nothing and you assume she wasn’t there.
?? Did you hear her scripted welcome message?
Did you check your stash and inventory?
I am having this issue as well I started a new offline character. and was playing through cleared all of level 5 no countess and quest didn’t complete searched everywhere on lvl5.
Try these suggestions I posted here:
happened to me once in multiplayer. seems pretty rare. i just launched a new game and it was fine since.
just looks like one of them rare bugs.
