Side note. Since Ist seems to be a common currency would it be viable to collect a bunch of ists and trade for a ber and jah? or mabye hundreds of pgems?
My runs with andy and meph are far too slow so i am forced to make an Enigma. but at least its something new to achieve!
Side side not for those that helped me gear up last time. Farming diablo going very well now. Found this charm, a gheeds ( didnt know that was a thing ) a thunderstroke, a shako!! which i gave to someone who wanted one, a Gul rune ( my highest so far ), some tals, immortal, aldur, trang, ravenfrostx2 … Its been pretty good past few days 
Still working on my gurdian angel, reaper toll, war traveler, SoJ, dwarf star but they will come in time im sure

It is DEFINITELY doable to make enough ists to trade up to them. I think Ber is trading at 15-16 ists and jah 18-20 ists. Some of the other guys might know. But definitely doable. Rals, nefs, rubies, amethysts, skulls, pgems, and junk jewels. Sell some of the socket quests you dont need for around vex
Unfortunately you just missed out on a free guardian angel from a dropped game.

There are others who buy perfect gems, pammy, pruby, pskull, psaph (in order of difficulty to find), Ral, Sol, Nef, Ort
Even Spirit packs, insight packs, socket quest, imbue quest, find a niche that works for you. Use Traderie so your items can be easily found and for easy price checks.
Make other ppl happy, get those Ists and your enigma will come sooner than you think . When you reach your goals, help those on their way cus you were once there, best way to thank those you helped you.
Since most uniques are common cus NL has been going for a while, I don’t rec farming bosses unless you have teleport. Farm density like cows chaos TZ tombs
Edit: after some thought, I think the most farming bang you could do is to start hosting socket round robins like crazy. You only need a sorc who can clear normal and fast teleport so the gear is basically peanuts.

ah well a Lem is something i will need a dozen of for a gold farmer
It seems like thats the best bet. just hoard ral, gems and since im making a gold farmer now sell gold.
My friend and i tried to rush our other character to hell but soon realised the road block of Act 5 * cries * ah well. slow and true method it is

Hell Den of Evil is area lvl 79 and blood moor is lvl 67. Best way to not enjoy hell is to rush in from NM and be 10-20 levels under.
Consider doing socket buses too since that only requires a normal difficulty capable sorc. At the moment socket quests are selling for about Vex because ppl need to trust you to socket valuable things
