It is a fact. The “block” button does not solve many problems, just like the “report” button. Such evil spirits continue to prevail.
I also had the chance to meet this Tatsumaru#21615 aka ALTAIR#23720 in early August, for a similar reason as the author of the post. Until now, he haunts me in every game, works out his diagnosis, denigrates my honor and dignity in front of every stranger. Here’s an example:

Sad really. Some scammers like jaggi and shaguar have been doing it for years now. It should be quite obvious to anyone following the game that there are problem players that do not contribute to anything. My guess is nobody is paying attention.

man i got scammed 18jahs. he wanted me to drop 15 first so i did. then wanted 40 more and then i sensed something was wrong.
