Just downloaded and I can’t get past the first page. It attempts to connect to battle.net but fails, can’t even get to any offline options. What am I doing wrong?

nothing, Blizz servers are down, not working, complete garbage, been like that for like 4 hours or more

Well that definitely sucks. I was really looking forward to this game. Is this a relatively common occurrence?
Yes. It’s been down about as often as it’s been up, since launch.
What’s wrong with the server for switch… for pc they have queueing to enter the game but for switch can’t even connect to the server… really can’t running out of patience for this matter…
Switch uses the same servers, and because there is no queue implementation on switch yet you cannot play.
I just received a full refund from Nintendo for this garbage they’re calling a game. I suggest reaching out to them and doing the same and either never do business with Blizz again or wait until they’ve actually fixed the game( fat chance that will ever happen cause they don’t care about the consumer especially console players).

Yeah they even started the conversation with " We typically don’t give out refunds for digital games but I’ll see what I can do" only took about 10 mins
