I’ve got the xbox version for casual gaming and the Nintendo for on the go gameplay and couldn’t help but notice after going to play on the switch how the game keeps crashing over and over; this being after the update.
Nintendo seems to actually allow refunds so take the opportunity.
Can you direct me to the email to contact for nintendo? Switch version is in shambles and I’d atleast like that back. With the que now implemented I’m really leaning towards an Xbox refund as well. I installed the update last night and didn’t have the que yet but before going into work I wanted to check and there it was. It idled at number 20 while I got ready for 30 minutes and never changed. Blizzard is really going to hurt themselves by trying to band aid the situation. Really wish they would make more of a public announcement vs sweeping everything under the rug.
All boss fights on Switch can potentially crash, especially in Nightmare and Hell where battles takes longer time. As I understand, not everybody experience it. Blizzard please look into this.
Totally agree to previous comments. Game crashes nearly at every boss on switch. Blizzard fix this! We paid money for it! Imagine you would buy yourself a game and it would crash all the time: wouldn‘t you be upset? I appeal to your professional conscience.
Playing a new Sorceress “Offline” on Normal Mode, Act4 Chaos Sanctuary/Diablo.
My game crashed 3 times in a row, on Normal…on frikin NORMAL !!! Did I mention Diablo’s Health bar was almost completely depleted all 3 times?
So I turned off my Switch and reset completely. Then I started my 4th run. I started having heavy lag and the “A” button/action button would not activate the seals properly.
As to questions about my controller, it is charged and in excellent condition with no issues regarding input errors on other games.
Long story short the fight was very laggy but didn’t crash, went on to act 5 and it was very laggy still, so frustrating.
I quit playing D2R for the night bc it was not enjoyable. Decided I’ll try again tomorrow pray for better luck.
I’m not even sure Blizzard recieves crash reports.
Switch has it the worst, as I keep repeating myself. The console version was practically made for soloing and the main system to do it on has the worst issues, go figure.
