hello Id like to know if there is something worth of trading value in nightmare dificulty I cant progress through hell because i mis respeced my Sin and cant undo it. I can farm on nightmare however. is there something valuable on nightmare?
Sure plenty of things, focus on doing terror zones.
What types of items?i dont check market really as i play self found but maybe some mf items or class items are still having value, other than that, charms/jewels.
Eh still better off farming a1 hell fallen vs anywhere in nm. I have foune plenty of stuff you wouldn’t expect off them…

Can’t you get stone of Jordan from nightmare Andariel? I’ve heard it’s one of the better places to farm for it. Hopefully someone can confirm

Yep, 1 in 3,818 for SoJ from NM Andariel.
Edit: War travellers and Herald of Zakarum can be found in NM chaos sanctuary….nightmare Baal has dropped Oculus and Harlequin Crest,
But if you can manage act 1 Hell, the Pit in Tamoe Highland will drop any item in the game for you,
It’s just skeletons, archers and fallen.
I still haven’t dropped a single SoJ since I’ve played D2:R. I’ve dropped more Ber runes. (2 so far)
Now, I’m not farming NM Andy either.

Hah, I have opposite experience. Since d2r, I’ve found 3 Soj and 0 Ber.
Somehow found 5 Jah though o_O

With terror zons you can get plenty of great things on NM. If he can farm it comfortably to buy token with what he finds, its far better than him starting new character. You can even find high runes on NM with terror zones…
Making new character makes no sense when he can just buy token or when someone can even gift it to him.
He is playing multiplayer, his character doesnt even do aynthing lol. You can just do MP games with others to pick up stuff, do act 1 hell quest to gain respec, farm lower kurast in full games… making new char is jsut waste of time early in season as he was so again, its just terrible advice you provided.

i was informed by @kabryxis that the way LK generate patterns is, in d2r, different from off line mode which means that bnet LK basically has no patterns

i don’t know of any calculators that exist, but based on what some numbers people have said, the odds for runes from LK are pretty on par with the SP patterns if you average it out. none of the “patterns” for any chest are significantly outside the norm. distributed odds might even be better (not by much though) than most of the patterns observable in offline.
