I replied to one of those already, quite sketchy circumstances. Files don’t “mysteriously” go missing from peoples machines, and it isn’t Blizzard deleting them.

Offline character is gone

out of the bunch of you reporting your files locally going missing how many of you tried to “hack” your character stats. If none how many of you checked your antivirus quarantine to see if anything is there? Blizzard didn’t go into your pc and delete your files, your operating system did. The logs you provide to Blizzard will only help them tell you what it is that is happening on your machine that is leading to it.
