Played today for a few hours in the new PTR and MA assassin still have the NHD issue causing lightning from Phoenix Strike to deal no damage when released with the chaos icebolts. Same with Claws of Thunder releasing 2 or 3 charges at once with novas doing only one time the damage when it should deal two.
Hope they adress it before 2.4 goes live because is so frustrating releasing multiple charges from MA at once and not all doing their damages.
