New Update (December 10) Cannot Play Online Characters

You pushed an update today and now I can’t connect online to play my characters. Offline characters work fine. When I try to click the Online button I receive the message, “Cannot connect to Battle.net”

The error is recreated each time.

Restarting the console does not fix the error.

same on ps5 for both me and my partner

Its almost like the servers are down for maintenance or something but who knows.
