Noticed a new sunder drop problem that started 2 days ago. I play online and have my 3 accounts active so I get better drops. Leveling my Blizzard Sorceress to level 99 and achieved that 2 days ago. Ever since then I have not had a sunder drop. It usually takes me about 1.5 total clears of act 1 and act 2 to get a sunder drop. I am now on 6 total clears of act 1 and act 2 and not a single sunder drop. Yes they are terrorized when I do the total clears. Yes I am getting Heralds to spawn. The rate of Herald spawns seems the same to me.
Is there a sunder bug with level 99 toons? Is there a max # of sunders you can have in your stash? I currently have 35 in my stash. I’m trying to figure out what changed and how to fix it.
I’ve tried turning terrorized zones off and then back on. I’ve tried doing total act 1 and act 2 clears with just my Sorceress. My MF is 468 which has never been a problem but is it now a problem?
I’m starting to get really pissed off. Never had a sunder drop problem before.

I decided to try some things to see what could be causing my sunder drop problem. First I need to clarify what I mean by full clears.
I have found a route that includes many places from act 2 and act 1 that yield the best time/effort/Harold spawns. I’ve been running this route daily for a little over a month now. All the places in that route I do full clears on as many will give 2 Harold spawns from time to time. I will say that merely just going in and killing everything will not result in the chance of 2 Harold spawns. There are certain mobs you have to target and order does matter I’ve found. In this short span of time I’ve found 53 sunders so I must be doing something right. I have multiples of every sunder now and plan on trading them for gear I want once I find the sunders with the stats I want.
Now back to the perceived problem I reported. To try and figure out what is causing the problem I decided to offload all current sunders in my stash to another character on another account. Now with 0 sunders in my stash I then proceeded to do my route with my level 99 blizzard/frozen orb Sorceress and sure enough right around 1.5 acts cleared in my route a sunder dropped. Just like they always have - sometimes a little before or after but never taking more than 3 acts of the route to drop a sunder.
Coincidence? The only things I changed were moving the 35 sunders in my stash to another character on another account and running the route solo (not in a party with 2 other characters from other accounts). Tomorrow I will get my party of 3 back together and run the route and see what happens.
