Maybe I missed it, but will the skill balance changes apply to existing SP save files when the patch goes live? Or will those characters remain as is and only new characters will take on these new changes?
I want to make a bowazon in SP to take advantage the new synergies for multishot and guided arrow. Can I make one now, start leveling her and when patch 2.4 hits it updates the skills with all the new synergies? Or do I have to wait for patch 2.4 to hit before I create the new char?
