New helms are ridiculously overpowered, "Hustle" is a terrible name for a fantasy RPG item

New helms need to have sorb completely scrapped, and reduce plr on Cure to 25%. 15% sorb for the cost of an io rune is utterly absurd, not to mention the problems it creates in pvp. Remove sorb and add in +1 skills or something and you have a decent helm.

“Hustle” needs to be renamed. Frankly, it’s stupid. Hustle is a not a word that belongs whatsoever in a medieval fantasy world. I physically cringed when I read it. Some options: Tempest, Adrenaline, Flight (ie fight or flight, give it negative light radius for flavor), Haste, Swift/Swiftness, Sprint, Quickstep. Not sure why it’s an armor and a weapon, since the weapon is useless and the armor is overpowered, and we already have Harmony in the weapon slot to run faster. 50% movespeed on the armor is bonkers. That’s more than Enigma. Drop it down to like 30-35%. Once again, this is a giga budget item, it should not have crazy high values like that.

Mosaic is underpowered. It’s literally worse than bartuc’s (which is itself crap) in almost every single metric, except it also has the added detriment of costing gul mal. Chaos is only marginally more expensive, has WAY more ED, more IAS, open wounds, a bunch of magic damage, and gives you the best melee assassin skill in the game, whirlwind. Also the randomly not consuming charges thing is just tedious and isn’t actually useful. Martial arts kind of needs a total rework, and this weapon is not going to help it in the meantime.

Metamorphosis is kinda weird. Not sure what’s with the Mark of the wolf/bear, since they last 3 minutes, may as well just make them permanent stats on the item. Unless the intention is to allow you to proc both buffs at the same time, in which case it’s way too overloaded, not to mention tedious. The bear effect is also much better than the wolf effect. Wolf needs like 30% run speed (since for some reason turning into a werewolf doesn’t make you run faster). Even though you can potentially get +8 to a skill, since you’re a melee class you’re still not getting much value there, except for like fire claw or rabies.

Also disappointed to still have no new end-game runewords since d2r launch. Need something expensive that will actually shake up the meta, like Sur Sur Zod Eld in a shield, gives indestructible, +10 to energy shield, +1 holy shield, +20% block + faster block, 200 mana, 20 fcr and 15phys + magic damage reduction. Or a wep that reduces enemy block by 25%. Or sets all your res to 25 (not affected by other res), but makes you do double phys damage. Or block one instance of damage every 20 seconds.

Completely agree with you here. I hope they rename Hustle to Haste or Fervor.

Sure, and Druids should get a big nerf to their summons and WW because they are clearly overpowered too…

hustle is correct name, you play d2r hundreds of run, repeat over and over again till you get rich thats a call hustle

Hustle is a terrible name. The name Fervor is a much better choice.
