New games don't refresh

i log in, sit there join a few games after that same games are on list and it states that the games are no longer able to join, then i have to logout close game then reopen game to get the diablo2lod program to refresh the game listing to be able to join new games on the listing so closing diablo2lod and reopening is the only way to refresh game listing at the moment.

absolute problem plz fix it
