My wishlist would be something that players can adjust based on their own preference:
- No need to rely on number of players in the game for better drops/experience
- Have very high spawn rates like cow level, preferably with powerful bosses
- It must be more challenging than Hell difficulty
- Penalty for those who use runewords to make uniques items viable again
- Disable teleport/leap skills so players have to play through instead of skipping 99%

This sounds like a boring game. No thank you

Id rather they fix the servers first.
Also what you are suggesting is to essentially get rid of farming, which is the primary game loop. The only point I could possibly agree with is #3. Maybe a Torment difficulty. Otherwise, the game is fine. There are better QoL things that should be focused on before adding new content or rebalancing the game.

I would prefer more difficulty levels added to the current Normal, Nightmare, and Hell options. Adjust the difficulty to scale better and have item tables optimized better per difficulty tier. To me this would fix the game without altering how the game feels. The worst it would do is make the Nightmare to Hell exponential more linear in difficulty.

You can drop everything solo in this game, that’s what lvl 85 areas are for, every unique and superunique drops exactly the same things from 1 to 8 players.
Spawn rates are fine, theres mods for singleplayer with increased pack size if you really wish
most players already struggle in hell, fight the Ubers if you’re up for a challenge
I can’t even … a lot of uniques are still BIS, runewords are also very hard and expensive to make.
Teleport is a staple of this game, in other words you really should play Path of Exile, it pretty much have everything you listed as changes for D2R.

replaying the story 3 times isn’t enough for you?

Like in diablo3. The game without any balance. . Worst of the worst… No thx.
Rather than a penalty for runewords, they should make a unique jewel that adds to all skills or to class skills. This would make uniques much, much more valueable as you could add these jewels to your equipment. The jewels should have other mods as well.
Also just allowing rare jewels to add skills, maybe not whole classes but categories, would help make unique items worth it again.
No, thank you, do that in your own single player game.
You misinterpreted what my statement was about. My statement was add 2 more difficulties so lets say Normal, Hard, Nightmare, Hell, and Armageddon. Scale each to be equally more difficult in scaling. Take the current items available in game the give lower tier/level items have a higher drop rate in lower difficulties but slightly reduce their drop rate going into the higher end difficulties. I wasn’t talking about any power creep or anything. Just made a suggestion to make it a bit more linear in difficulty from starting point to tbe end point with a slightly more difficult end point.
Grim Dawn has a normal/veteran difficulty. you toggle veteran on for a “Harder” normal, and get Hero enemies and better loot, and can toggle it off if its too hard. Also must complete the base game on Veteran before you can move on to the next difficulty. I think it would be a neat feature for D2, however i highly doubt Bliz would do it. Also i have never played on normal on Grim Dawn anyway, so im not sure if it would even be a welcome feature for most experienced players.
We want new content for co-op play, not single player.

Sounds like someone is just salty they never made an enigma
We want new content. we NEED it. I dont enjoy running baal games 9000 times and doing the same MF runs over and over again.

Then find a different game to play.

Why should I? I’ve played this game longer than most of you and I enjoy the core aspects of the game. Just asking for a change that wouldn’t change the core mechanics and would greatly improve the game.
Don’t be a close-minded chump.

You should find a different game to play.
You should just stop being close-minded.
