Plz nerf these builds, then increase the drop rate for P1 (all players).

Players 8 would HUGELY favor the already godlike sorceress.
She does not care if Mephisto has more hitpoints, she would be 20 levels above everyone else when it comes to ladder reset.
Hammerdin does not care if it is a players8 game at all, and so on.
With P8, people would stop playing the fun builds, as you would loose a lot of MF and XP potential. Everyone would be forced to play Sorc, Hammerdin, Java.
Try a melee build at Players 8 lol
The whole idea of players 8 online would (if ever) only work with MASSIVE nerfs. Sorc teleport with casting delay. Blizzard, Java, Hammerdin etc. damage nerf -60%.

P8 just show a design problem of Diablo 2. Some build still struggle how to run in hell. They cann’t do anything efficiently, even in P1, MF, rune finding, key finding, ubers etc.
And I agree it’s very necessary to nerf teleport.

I agree with KevinJerry. Nerfing op builds would make Hell more interesting.
The only thing should be nerfed in this game is grief, but there are many skills or items needs a buff,
But loot system needs to be reworked it should be rewarding a group play not single farming specific areas.
Nerf the OP build, increase the drop rate, lower the non-drop rate. That’s the way to solve many problems. u don’t need to buff many builds, it’s hard and in danger of PC. And don’t have the demand for P8 online. Increase the drop rate, all people will be happy.
