People saying this MAsin build is too OP either don’t understand D2 or are lying. Or both, like Llama. He made that video intentionally over the top to try and spark this reaction. Why? His goal is to protect the meta. That’s all he cares about. If the meta changes, then all his years of learning it don’t matter, and he might start sucking. Thus lose viewers. Stop being manipulated by click bait.

In all honesty I don’t think he is worried about preserving the Meta. Big bombastic WTF videos sell(generates clicks) (Dragondin, discosin and so on)

I totally agree that some sorc and paladin skills should be nerfed because they are Op
Op is bad, no matter the class
Nerf is better than buffs
When you buff a build, you raise the average total builds power, which is marginal compared to the peak builds
But when you need the peak builds, you greatly reduce the difference between the average and the peaks

They did nerf sorc. Blizz sorc is back to being stuffed in a small farming box while they try to get a lit build. These idiotic streamers were all seething that a sorc build could function without Infinity, and Blizzad listened to them because this game is run by one dude who watches streams all day.

I really don’t think any of them care that much about preserving some sanctity of the game and just like having fun new additions lol and all this projection toward them is weird

The MA Sin with this new rune word isn’t as crazy as people make it out to be…
The enchant buff the sorc got can now clear faster with a crossbow shooting explosive arrows than the MA sin with less expensive items on P8.

Dbrunski and other streamers clearly made videos pushing for 100% refund rate and now we have this mess. Not sure why they would want to preserve the Meta when the pushed for the broken changes to farm more content.

The only thing they overlooked is the 50% charges and not anticipating players dual wielding… Nerf that to 33% and leave it alone for a season.

No… Do you honestly think they intended to give you 100% charges and just spam it at full power?
Evil cabal? No. A bunch of people who were bored with the game before they ever started playing D2r? Yes. Their thoughts and opinions have no relevance to players who don’t spend all day, every day, playing D2.

they literally wrote they wanted you to be able to get 100% in the patch notes, you know that right?
" Mosaic: We went all-in on increasing the strength of the Mosaic Rune Word. We wanted to add extra flexibility by increasing the chance to not consume charges from 25% percent to 50% so you can either wield one to get that 50% chance or dual wield for that 100% chance of not consuming charges. We also added an extra effect to how not consuming charges interacts with charge maintenance."
