Why do you need a Jah rune tho? People might be more inclined to give you the item instead of runes.

Farm pgems, jewels, gold and lower runes. Sell them in packs for Ist, gather ist, trade ists for Jah.
40 pgems (save the Ruby and Amethyst): Ist
70ish junk jewel: Ist
10 mill gold: Ist
20ish Ral: Ist
familiarize yourself with who is buying and at what rates, there will be variation
I think it’s more reasonable to see if you can get a nigma for a Ber. Otherwise follow other peoples suggestions on earning runes!
