So since LOD I always thought the Shako had a pretty messed up name…Harlequin Crest. It would symbolize people born with Harlequin Ichthyosis would wear it.If you don’t know what that is you might not want to look it up.Any sickening names for items or interesting things they symbolize you can think of?

This is just willful ignorance at this point. The name is a reference to Harlequin as in like a Jester https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harlequin

The Fool’s Crest is an interesting mixture of a huge hit point bonus and negative stats to counter it. Its attributes are similar to Diablo II’s Harlequin Crest, but the Fool’s Crest should not be confused with the Harlequin Crest from Diablo II
So in a nice way of putting it…not the same item lol. Oh yeah and I must have forgot Jesters all wore leather caps and not Jester Hats…
