I think it maybe only happens in the death rune word, all other weapons I put in my off hand I get 85% Ias (40 from main hand 45 from gear). But no matter what I do with the death runeword my attack speed is always only 45%. I can put a damn ali baba in the off hand and its 85% but death runeword (which is pretty long journey to farm) is not working properly.
Please fix death runeword not working properly by canceling out the other weapons IAS…
