You state that issues are resolved, yet my level 88 character is missing. Even if you rolled back 24 hours, I’ve been playing this character for two weeks. How is it gone? I cannot place a ticket, because you state you cannot replace a deleted character. I DID NOT DELETE MY CHARACTER. And I cannot place a ticket, nor can I get a refund. How on earth do I get assistance from this company???

Yeah… This is bad… Sorry to hear about your character loss. I also lost all of my items and looked for a refund and return of said items. Blizzard would not give a refund since I played the game and will not restore any items… Here is what they told me.
