Game: Diablo 2 Resurrected
I am experiencing severe connection issues with my Battle.net account. I am unable to log into any game realm, and my characters appear to be incorrectly assigned—my former ladder characters are now non-ladder, and vice versa. Additionally, I cannot access any of my console games.
I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including restarting my router, checking for updates, and verifying my account credentials. However, the issue persists.
Could you please investigate and provide a resolution? I would appreciate any guidance on restoring my account access and correcting my character placements.

They rarely monitor these forums for technical issues… The same is true in the Technical Support forum.
Your best hope for getting Blizzards eyes on the issue is to submit a ticket:

Be sure to include as many details about the issue(s) as you can.
I’m guessing you assume I never did that, it’s okay to assume.
I submitted a ticket before posting.

Better to assume that you haven’t and suggest the way to do so, than to assume that you have and offer no suggestion. With a sudden surge of reports of the ladder status of their characters disappearing, that would definitely suggest a problem on Blizzards end.
The more people that have the issue that submit a ticket may prompt Blizzard to act.

Oh man, feels so good to enjoy SP 
To be fair its still happening. Just logged back in and the Ladder icon next to my character is gone. I appear as a Non Ladder character. It’s a crazy bug.
Capture screenshots if you can, submit them with the ticket. (If you haven’t already)

Glad to not play this online mess
While everybody was stuck with server issues and bugs
I 20/20 my vengeance skill which allowed me to have an extra holy aura active
Always wanted to play an Avenger build and thanks to SP modded it doesn’t suck lol
Having it buff the elemental damage of the weapon really helps the weapon diversity and it feels good
