My account was permanently suspended, don't they give notices before suspending?

Hello everyone
A few minutes a god i got my account suspended i think is becouse i spam my stream on chat a few times…
You don’t give advertence before ban?
All time i spend on D2R will be trash now i cant do anything for fix this?
If i cant get my account again i think is a goodbye.

They don’t warn you if you’re going to be banned.
If you feel that you have done nothing wrong, your only option is to appeal the ban:

I think i can get a warn if i will be banned of the game i spendt more than 10k hours on my d2r account… There is nothing i can do?
A temporal ban would be great and i know i cant do that no more. BUT PERMANENT?

If any mod/admin is watching this… i dont know give me Ban for 1 month 2 month but permanent is a lot. Some mercy i dont use cheats or bots i play legit and only do spam of my stream link not a link for buy items.

There are a lot of games with name sites dot com for buy runes or items… i dont do a BIG MISTAKE for make an permanent ban.

Again, your only option is to appeal, after which the decision is either reversed, or is final. You can’t appeal a decision more than once.

It’s against the code of conduct to discuss account suspensions on the forum anyway.

Just to put what you did in context : you were spamming advertisement for a link to another website. As far as moderation goes, there’s hardly any distinction between this and links to RMT websites, adult websites, crypto websites, etc…

I think you’ll agree that the ban without warning is coherent when you put it in that context. If your framing of the reason why you were banned is correct, then I think you may manage to get your perma-ban downgraded or removed through an appeal, but I will strongly advise you against posting links on the chat again.

blizzard does not reverse bans, they dont care who you are or what you did, blizzard always wins

Extraordinary claims like that require some extraordinary evidence to support it. With that claim, you’d pretty much need a trusted source from within Blizzard to support that claim. (Not your uncle either) As Guitars mentioned, there have been multiple reports of players having their bans reversed. Blizzards detection methods are not perfect, which is why there is the option to appeal.

If you want to rage at Blizzard, that’s your prerogative, but making wild claims without a shred of proof makes you look dumb.

You can report them to the better buisness beauro and they will source their exact reason why they banned you. Generally its their anti cheat/ maphack software. But i reccomend appealing first
