My account was hacked so I created this one to make a ticket, since the hacker changed the email associated with said account. I already made a ticket with all the info regarding what happend and would like to know if there is something else to be done.

ticket won’t get you far… there was sapose to be a blizz hack team or whatever they’re called where you talk with them on a live chat and provide nessecary data… most likely hackers were unable to cedit the secret question, so try to remember what it was and if they ask you about it do provide the information, also be sure to have your ID card / driver license / passport scan ready cause they may ask you to provide it in order to verify yur identity… and if you used fake data when creating the account then you’re screwed anyways…
the game masters are going to be replaced by ai robots, its crazy they even hold a job just monitoring the forum, u might need to contact them through support, but they do seem to read posts becaus they always looking to get me
u need to tell the game master to give u ur account back
i hope they give u ur account back so u dont have to do the lilith statue, and the map reputation grind stuff again
