Can you still adjust the player count in a single player game online using /players command to magic find by yourself or is it only offline that you can adjust?
/players X is offline-only.

Ugh that sucks. Wish they would change that. It’s hard to get 5 or 6 players in a game like back in the early 2000’s. Most of the games are trade games 
Don’t count on it happening. Blizzard has already responded to this request, and they pretty much said all but a flat out “no”.
Find some groups to play with. There are plenty of D2:R channels on Discord where you can scare up a splitfarm game.
