Is there any way to move the map? You could do it with the arrow keys on pc but if theres a way to do it on xbox I can’t figure it out and it is def not ideal.

On xbox you do a long hold of the double window button to change the map through a few preset options

Right. I’m trying to scroll the map. So you can see other areas of the map without having to walk all the way there. This is actually a pretty bad omission in what is essentially a maze/dungeon crawler.

me too! Its a problem when i need to check the very end of the map.

Am on PS4 and seeing the whole map is a problem here too. I toggle it to overlay the whole screen, but you can’t zoom it out, and you can’t look at it on its own. The only way I’ve found to change where it is on screen, is to go into options and change it.

Hold select to change where the map is on screen. I want to be able to look around the map though. Some of the areas especially starting in A3 are huge and the only way to see areas you’ve missed is to actually walk there. This is insanely stupid.

How are you supposed to be able to scroll through the map with a controller while in mid battle/gameplay? Unless you have a mouse and keyboard I don’t really see it happening for us on Console. Switch might get away with it with touch screen, but beyond that, you’d have to highlight the map somehow, or you’d have to open the map separately on a different menu to scroll.
Honestly I just have the big map in the middle of the screen and I change the capacity depending on the area myself, it’s a little annoying that the auto-capacity is trash, but it works fine otherwise. In act 5 now and have no issues reading the map personally.
They could do it the same way it was in the original and I’m guessing how it is in the pc version of resurrected. The right stick does nothing and could take the place of the arrow keys to move the map. Seems pretty. obvious to me

I rather reserve R3 to select loots on the floor
just open big map and scroll it with right stick (its pretty useless).

I think you can do this with all consoles, but moving a map location itself like you can do at PC’s arrow keys would be great add.
I think you could do both, when just moving R3 you could ” roll ” a minimap and when you hold left trigger to see loots at a ground then you could select what to pick with R3.
Kinda basic opinion for me at least…

I can never find other plays on the switch severs. Maybe cause I’m still on normal? I find the switch most appealing to play on as it allows me portability.
I do appreciate they added a cheat to the belt/ potting system which honestly im very happy with, it removes a certain difficulty in early game. But Id suggest disabling this feature when hostile.
You cant find other players becasue match making system is broken.
Sell your TP Tome to NPC which doesn’t have Tome books for sell, as example at Act 1 sell it to Charsi, and buy it back from ” Misc ” TAB and it is full ( 20 Tp included )
E: I know it is not same thing, but fastest way to buy TP or ID ”scrolls” at console.
I’m a little confused by this thread. There’s no way to move the “Big Map” around while you stand in one place, is there?
On console there is no way. On pc you can move map with arrow keys.
You can switch the map to different POSITIONS. Whether it’s the correct ones for you is another question.
