your link should have a t=4120 at the end (or more general a t= for youtube videos linked to a specific spot), otherwise you just link to the video. Probably copied the link before hitting the start at button.
But yeah game wont be able to handle the effect spam. From 130 FPS to 40 in 5seconds in the video omasin linked, to 2frames after 15… Dont know the specs of this guys pc, but since it took a while to completely die down i assume its pretty powerful.
Cant wait for NoMA-Baal-1, people will not want to play with that

Thanks got it working, I could see people trolling on purpose and lag everyone out. Imagine in HC, rush to Baal then lag everyone out.
Merely playing the video made my PC crash 
crashes current systems too
14900K, 128GB Ram, Samsung 980 Pro SSD, 4080 Super
still crash sometimes…
