Hello Guys, im new to mosaic sin.
I have good Main hand GT mosaic, but im not sure about offhand do i need to be GT too or i can use any 3os base? Greater Claws are low on req and very cheap bases can i use for offhand?

If you don’t have 10% IAS, somewhere on your gear, Greater/Feral Claws will make you attack slightly slow, than using 2x Greater/Runic Talons: 5.56 aps vs 5.88 aps, so really not a big deal. If you do have 10% IAS on your: gloves, ammy, or jewel, etc, then it doesn’t matter, you’ll most likely kick at max speed.
Also; I wouldn’t be super concerned with greater vs runic/feral; IMO, the bonus skills are more important than the extra 20→30 dext it might require, but in an ideal scenario greater talons are better.
