Ok I know that there was certain words you couldn’t make on non ladder that you can on ladder. I don’t know if that has finally changed.
I was lucky enough to find the runes I need to make my non ladder smiter his grief and exile. But does grief work on non ladder single player now? I’m just curious about it before I use my runes.

Currently all runewords are enabled in offline single player. Including ladder only runewords, and the 7 brand new runewords.

All ladder only content has been available since the game was released. Including cube recipes etc. Since we haven’t even had ladder on D2:R stuff like Spirit and Insight wouldn’t even exist yet.
As for the new runewords, they have said that they weren’t supposed to be available until the new ladder season, but they are working now. I don’t know if this is intentional or not, but If you are interested in any of them, I would suggest making them now just in case they get patched out.
I was actually planning on making my flickering flame because of the idea of that. Just need to decide on the helm.
