Sorry to tell you this, but your item is just gone gone and blizzard won’t help or take any kind of responsibility.
Like you, many others (including myself) have lost some or all items… or even whole characters. I reached out to blizzard and got this response from them.
Sad to say, but blizzard won’t help… even if it was caused by an issue on their end.
I myself am waiting until these issues are fixed… cause playing now and losing everything is just too painful.
Sorry again for your loss. Losing a Windforce is tragic.
